Photography is all about perspective.
Paul Vincent has always had a unique one, which is what drew him to photography classes in college. Once he realized that taking photos was something he could do professionally, he did everything he could to make his dream happen. With hard work and dedication, he turned his hobby into a successful career that enabled him to support his family. He’s profiled all kinds of people, in fashion shoots and their homes and panoramic outdoor landscapes, using his work to tell the stories of others. But the dream didn’t end there. It was time to dream bigger.
Looking for a way to hone his craft, Paul thought about his perspective—and decided to change the way he sees the world. After years of planning and saving, this Minneapolis-based photographer is embarking on a trip that will take him to four continents in 25 days. He’s saying goodbye to his family and putting the rest of his life on hold, making no small sacrifice to tell his own story. His journey will take him outside his comfort zone in search of new subjects, landscapes and stories that will challenge and inspire him, both professionally and personally. Follow along and get inspired to bring your own dream to life.
